Traditionally Trade data services and sales force automation (SFA) has been kept aside as two different things. However, now our new FieldForce ONE concept combines these two important information sources.
The concept of FieldForce ONE is also about sales and marketing using the one and same system. There are many different FieldForce ONE apps for different purposes and there is a back office system that provides interesting and useful information for the management team presented in a new modern way (maps, score boards, dash board gauges etc.).
Finally, the concept of FieldForce ONE is to combine data from different sources and to store everything in one place. Both data from the trade (such as POS data, delivery data and stock levels) and data collected manually by field sales (in store observations, sales call reporting, spending, orders etc.) can now be easily accessed and analyzed with the same tools.

The eForce Reports App works offline in “Airplane Mode”, so no Internet connection is needed.
This is our “classic” SFA system for Windows environment. It is 100% compatible with FieldForce ONE. Thus all reports, prints and interfaces need not to be changed. Everything works as before.
FastTrack is available as a service (SaaS) operated by FieldForce.
FieldForce provides on request also the so called “main user” service meaning we will take care of everything regarding system and data maintenance.
Originally FastTrack was designed for pen computers. So the system is usable with the new Windows tablets.
FastTrack is highly configurable and there are many different modules that can be activated or disabled/hidden.
eForce is a market data service that is based on data received from the Trade.
Our customers agree with Trade head quarters about receiving data. Data can be POS-data, delivery data and/or stock level data. FieldForce acts as a service provider. FieldForce provides services for cleansing the data, storing the data and for analyzing the data. The data is always owned by the customer and FieldForce is not doing any consolidation or other business with data that our customers have received from the Trade. Data security, confidentiality and discretion is what eForce is all about.

TimeTrack is a task management and time reporting App. It tracks the amount of time spent on each of your daily tasks. At this point TimeTrack is only internally used at FieldForce aiming to increase personal and team effectiveness. Later you can apply for a subscription from FieldForce to use TimeTrack.
It is available for iPhone and iPad and features the following functions:
